Agency fees not included (+ 21% VAT ) + Deposit  of  1 Month + 40 EUR end cleaning. Fees not included.(more or less 70 EUR per month)

Check-in from 2.00 pm untill 8.00 pm. Arrivals between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm are charged 25€. After 11.00pm it is 40€. The maximum check-out time is 10.30 am the day of departure.

Metro L4 and L1; station “URQUINAONA” From the Airport : Take the blue Aerobus A1 from the airport to “Plaza Catalunya”. Change to metro line L1 and stop at the station “Urquinaona”. You are 5 min away by walk from the apartment. From train station Sants : Take the metro line L3 and stop at the station “Espanya”. Change to métro line L1 and stop at the station “URQUINAONA”. You are 5 min away by walk from the apartment.
