    CONDITIONS

    The transfer has to be done 2 DAYS after reciving this invoice.

    Cheques are not accepted, neither to pay the commission, the rent nor the deposit.


    A. BANK TRANSFER

    To book the wished accommodation, the commission has to be paid as soon as possible. The bank receipt of the transfer has to be sent to us by e-mail or fax, so we can finally book your accommodation. The banking fees have to be paid by the customer.

    1. ON-LINE
    The easiest and quickest way is to make the transfer directly from your bank by internet to our account (see bank details).

    2. Directly from your bank.
    If you do not have the access codes to make the on-line transfer, go directly to your bank and they will make the money transfer. Do not forget to ask the bank to send us the receipt of the transfer to our e-mail address or as a fax.

    3. CREDIT CARD
    You can also pay with your credit card by PAYPAL. Click on PAYPAL on our homepage and follow the instructions. It won’t take you long.

    1. Please, send us the bank receipt by e-mail or fax with the reference number of your reservation.( BO + Number)

    2. When the transfer is done, we will send you the address of the owner and his phone number too. Please, inform us about your arrival and departure dates and times.

    3. The rest of the rent has to be paid in chash as soon as you arrive in the apartment, after the key exchange. A copy of your passport might be requested by the owner of the flat.

    4. Please leave the apartment or the room in the same estate you found it. Partys are not allowed and the neighbours cannot be disturbed. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you have found it.

    5. In case you arrive with delay, please call us right away to let us know, what time you will arrive.

    6. If the following conditions are not respected, the owner has the right to keep the deposit.
