Lovely, modern 20m² apartment in Barceloneta (Beach). The apartment is fully renovated and has a bathroom with a shower and an american kitchen. The living room has 20m² and has a double sofa bed, a table and 2 chairs. Balcony.
1st Floor without elevator. Smoking is allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed. Second without elevator.

Check-in from 2.00pm untill 8.00pm. Arrivals between 8.00pm and 11.00pm are charged 25€. After 11.00pm it is 40€. The maximum check-out time is 10.30am the day of departure.

Bed sheets and towels are available. No internet/ Wifi service available.

Metro L4 ; station “BARCELONETA” From the Airport : Take the blue Aerobus A1 from the airport to “Plaza Catalunya”. Change to metro line L1 and stop at the station “Urquinaona”. Change to métro line L4 and stop at the station “Barceloneta”. You are a 10 min walk from the apartment.From train station “Sants”: Take the metro line L5 and stop at the station “Verdaguer”. Change to métro line L4 and stop at the station “Barceloneta”. You are a 5 min walk from the apartment.
