GENERAL PRICES
monthly rentals - Furnished rooms in a shared flat have a monthly average price between € 300 and € 550. Furnished flats and apartments have a monthly average price between € 700 and € 2100.
Tourist holiday rentals , Short term rentals of our accommodations have an average price between € 30 and €120 per person per night.
You can also be asked for a deposit, which will be given back to you at the moment of the key exchange on the date of departure if nothing was damaged or broken.
MY ROOM TYPES
You can view or edit Room types that you have created.
My Room Types is option to chose if you have Hotel or Bed & breakfast B'n'B place with several rooms that you wish to rent out separately.
To create room type , name it, write description, chose from the renting options and upload images for each room type and create and SUBMIT VACANCIES.
Otherwise chose [ L ] Disable Room Types when you edit or SUBMIT ACCOMMODATION in order to rent a room or apartment or a house as one item.
CREATE ROOM TYPES
Room Types is an option to chose if you have HotelMotel type of rental place with several rooms that you wish to rent out separately.
Do I need a room types?
Is the accommodation bookable as one entity (Rooms, Apartments, houses etc)
NO ROOM TYPES
Does accommodation provide individual room booking (hotel/motel style)?
YES ROOM TYPES
To create accommodation with NO room types
Go to SUBMIN ACCOMMODATION and tick Disabled room types?or same when you edit an accommodation.
To create accommodation with room types
1) Click on SUBMIT ROOM TYPE , name it, write description, click CREATE button. On next page upload images for this room type and then fill in the rest of the form.
2) Click SUBMIT ACCOMMODATION and fill in the form, selecting from the list of room types that are available.
3) Wait to be published and translated by us.
4) Click on the SUBMIT VACANCIES and create availability make sure you create the season name
PLEASE NOTE
When you edit or create any content it will go offline and not be visible to public or you until Barcelona room has reviewed it and translated it, usually takes anything up to 3 working days.
