Quiet private bedroom in the area of “La Floresta” (Sant Cugat del Valles) just 8 kms away from Barcelona city centre, close to the mountain of “Tibidabo”, Barcelona and Sant Cugat del Valles. The house also has large terraces and garden for relaxing. A car is not a need but if you have one it is easy to park in the street for free close to the house. 3 min walking distance to the metro station. The house of 200 m2 has to be shared with 2 adults and a 21 years’old adolescent. Fully big equipped kitchen. The large bathroom is close to the bedroom and has a bathtube and a toilet which have to be shared. There is also a separate toilet in the house close to the kitchen. There are cats in the house but mostly outside in the nature and 2 chickens. The house was built in 1928 and has a beautiful panoramic view. Also it is fresh in the summer time.
BEDROOM
1 double bedroom with sliding white door. Very bright and sunny with double bed 2 windows with nice views. A big desk, shelves and a new wardrobe.

-It is a very pleasant and quiet village (belonging to Sant Cugat del Valles), there are only houses. Supermarkets, bakery,Farmacy and bar nearby.
-20 min by train to “Plaza Cataluña”
-10 min by car to Barcelona through the “tunel Valvidrera”.
-20 min away from the beaches of Barcelona by car or by trai.

HOW TO GET THERE
From the airport : Take the train RENFE from the Airport and get off at SANTS STATION then take L5 and stop at DIAGONAL/PROVENZA and then catch (FGC Cercanias S1 in the direction of “Terrassa” or the S2 in the direction of “Sabadell” . Get off at station “La Floresta”. It takes 20 minutes more or less by train from the centre of Barcelona. The owner will collect you from at the train station if you want to or you can take a bus L4 that drops you directly 1 min away from the house. Stop called Plaza Pere Planas
