Nice and quiet loft of 39 m2 available with a double bed, a full equipped american kitchen with balcony and a bathroom of 6 m2 with shower. Available for 4 persons maximum. In the living room there is a double sleep couch of 1m35 wide.The loft is nicely decorated with IKEA furniture and is very comfortable. It is situated in the suburb of “Gracia”. The building is in good condition. The loft on the 1st floor without elevator. Pets are not accepted and it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.

1 or 2 Pers/Month 850 EUR (Fees of electricity and water included) + Agency fees (21% VAT included) + 5 EUR bank fees + deposit

HOW TO GET THERE
L4 Metro station: “JOANIC” From the airport: take the blue line Aerobus A1 to the metro station “Plaza Cataluña”, then take the L4 metro until the “JOANIC” station. From here, it is just an 8 min walk to the apartment.
From “Sants” station: Take the L5 at the metro station “VERDAGUER”. From this stop, take the metro line L4 until the station “JOANIC”. You are then an 8 minute walk to the apartment.

PARKING: There are many spaces available in the adjacent streets.
